“What’s that?” was the last thing I heard before chaos erupted…now behind a dumpster I stand hiding from the hoard . Arrrgh! “Ahhh!” I shrieked as a zombie poked his head around the corner of the dumpster. I swung my bat hitting the zombie's head, smashing his head like a watermelon and pieces of brain splattered on the ground and his skull and jaw were crushed into tiny sharp shards. I wasn't able to do that a few months earlier. I guess if anything this zombie apocalypse has made me stronger physically and mentally. I look around the dumpster, the hoard of zombies getting closer. I start running hard thump thump thump my heart beating fast. Huff huff huff I ran to an abandoned grocery store sitting on a chest freezer with my legs not touching the ground. My long wavy brown hair lies over my face as I take a breath. As I drive down the road snow falling I start yawning. Tired, I start looking for a place to stop and get some rest. I stop at a random building in the middle of nowhere. The building was tall and had socks hanging from some of the window seals. The yard was covered with random decorations, flamingo's, gnomes, Christmas tree’s, Halloween decor and much more. In the arena the bull rider, Lane Madison, was riding the bull yelling and hollering having a good time while the other bull riders, Doc, Matt and Rusty, watched from the other side of the fence laughing and cheering him on. The rodeo clown, Jack, is making people laugh by doing funny moves and imitating the bulls moves all with a grumpy expression. Lane's bright blonde hair shined in the sun until everyone heard a loud snap and a body jarring hard thud. A shrill and blood curdling scream came from Lane as he fell off the bull and was trampled to death. Blood splattered the light brown sand turning it into a mud like consistency in places. The other bull riders got the bull back in its pin while the clown looked at Lane but it was too late, Lane was gone. The rodeo was shut down and the crowd left while Doc, Matt, Rusty, and the rodeo clown, Jack, stood over Lane's trampled ...
